How long does it take to make my personalized necklace?
9 to 14 business days. Each piece is made to order, so we take the time to get your personalization right.

Can I get it faster for a personalized order?
Yes. Choose Priority production at checkout (+₱300) and it ships in 5 to 7 business days instead.

When will it arrive after that?
Add 2 to 4 business days for shipping once production is complete.

What are your shipping fees?
Metro Manila: ₱85
Provincial: ₱100 to ₱180
Grab Delivery (Metro Manila only): Rate depends on your location. Not eligible for free shipping promos.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

What payment options do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD), online bank transfer, all major credit cards, and GCash.

Will it tarnish? Can I get it wet?
No tarnish, no green skin. Our pieces are non-tarnish and hypoallergenic, so they're shower, pool, and beach safe.

Can I return or exchange a personalized piece?
Personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale. We'll always reach out first if anything about your order needs clarification before we begin.
